So here are a TON of pictures from the fair!
First he rode the train- this is the same thing he rode at the Cherry Festival
waiting in line for the next thing!
Merry-Go-Round with Daddy
Trucks...
CARS!
Animals- he liked the horses but he was really interested in the cows!
Then BACK to the cars!
He rode the spinning bears-
and even went down (with the help of the really neat guy operating it) this inflatable slide! Caelan doesn't do slides often and only with someone holding him- so this was a big deal!
Then we found the jumping castle thingy.... he loved this to put it mildly!
he jumped
and crashed
and jumped and crashed
after two times in there I had to go in and get him!
He really loved it!
Looking up at the stars on our way out
I think the smile says it all!
(On a side note- as I am posting these, Caelan came over to kiss me goodnight and noticed the pictures. "Look Mom! That's me at the fair, riding the cars! And there is animals! We can go again next time!" Love this kid!)
Oh yeah.... the Ansorge's are always there because Kaylee and Allen do 4-H stuff. So we ran into Abbi with the two little ones and of course Caelan and Marissa were thrilled to see each other. They ran up to one another and hugged! But these couple of pictures of them are so comical because they almost look like a couple of teenagers getting cozy!
The rest are a bit more random....
Me: "Hey Buddy, what are you doing?"
Caelan: "I'm scratching the tree like a cat!"
The dump truck is great for dumping..... cars and trucks.
See that blue bucket on the floor next to him? See that pile of cars on the chair? He puts one car at a time into the little dump truck, backs it up to the edge of the chair (including making the backing-up beeping sound), then tilts the dumper part and watches the car go into the bucket. He does this on the bed too.... or dumps them BEHIND the couch.
A few more randoms from August.... just because he is so stinkin cute and sweet and I love him to death!
I looooove our porch during the warmer months! We eat out there, play out there and yes.... sleep out there!
